Courage isn’t always loud or bold — often, it’s quiet, personal, and fiercely intentional. This month, we’ll explore how courage rises through presence, alignment, and deep listening. Through each Sacred Pause, you’ll be invited to take meaningful risks, reclaim your inner strength, and act from your deepest truth — even when the next step feels uncertain. Courage, after all, isn’t the absence of fear; it’s the choice to keep moving with integrity and heart.

💫 Sit quietly. Close your eyes and place one hand over your heart or belly (or try the mudra from the image above).


✨Ask softly: What do I most need to remember right now?


🫶 Don’t search for a voice or a vision — just listen inward for a few minutes. Really sit in the stillness so you can hear your Soul Voice rise. It may come as a feeling, a phrase, a knowing, an image, or even a heavy breath or sigh.


🌀When you’re ready, write down your experience. Even the quietest truths can carry great courage.


🌿 Try revisiting this question throughout the week — in stillness, during a walk, and/or before sleep. Each time, you meet a deeper part of yourself and another piece of your own remembering.


💥 Extra Tip: Ask the question once while placing your hand over your heart — then sit in stillness. Ask again with your hand over your belly — then sit in stillness. Ask one more time using the mudra — sit in stillness. Notice how moving hand positions shifts the energy and the connection for you.
