How to Use the Sacred Pause Images
You can download the weekly Sacred Pause image as a lock screen or wallpaper for your phone — a gentle visual reminder to pause, breathe, and return to your center.
To save it:

Tap and hold the image (on your phone), then select Save to Photos or Download.

Open your phone settings and choose the image as your lock screen wallpaper.

If needed, resize to fit your specific phone screen.
You can also print it, place it in your sacred space, or forward it to someone who may need a moment of clarity.
Heart Envelope
Click on the heart, download the PDF, print. Cut out the heart. Write your message or quote inside the square. Crease along all four dotted lines. Fold the right and left sides of the heart toward the middle. Fold down along the top horizontal line. Fold up along the bottom horizontal line. Close with a small piece of tape or sticker.
