By not taking the initiative to move baby steps forward, we stay stagnant in our lives. We’ll always be waiting for the right time, right person, right situation, right amount of money, right opportunity. But while we wait, the possibility for moving forward can escape us.
This concept goes even deeper. If we don’t take an action step forward on our own, we are not creating what I call the “helpful action” stage of manifesting our goals that aligns us in the correct way to have people, situations, and opportunities enter the reality of our lives. Helpful action assists us in moving toward our goal by allowing us to have a “big end goal” while breaking down the steps toward achieving our goals into smaller, manageable pieces.
What are “helpful action” steps? These are actions we take that we know are right for our life’s path and will align us with “inspired action.” For example, if your goal is to become a chef, you know you need to take classes to learn this profession. Signing up for classes would be considered a helpful action step toward meeting your goal.
What are “inspired actions?” Inspired actions are those that come to us in the form of synchronicities and deep internal knowings that are guiding us in which direction to take. Those mysterious happenings we couldn’t possibly control or know were coming, but aligned us in some way with our goal or clearly let us know we are on the right path.
There’s a different type of feeling when we are in inspired action – whatever we're working on comes easily to us, situations and events align in an almost magical way. When this type of sensation comes upon us, we know we are right where we are supposed to be on our path.
