Manifestation Challenge — Day 15 — Power of Vibrational Frequency

Everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another — even you. Your body, including your thoughts, all have vibrational levels or frequency. This vibration frequency changes based on how you’re feeling. So it makes sense that your different emotional states will have different levels of frequency.

Your energy is constantly shifting and moving as you react to situations throughout the day — this is your POWER OF VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY in action. As your vibration shifts, the Universal energy around you reacts in conjunction with how you are feeling through the emotions, thoughts, and words you are expressing. Because of this, your vibration is one of the main determining factors of your ability to manifest your goals.

Follow me here — your body is energy and is constantly emitting an energetic vibrational frequency. All of your thoughts, words, and feelings have energy — a vibration. All of these vibrations have a frequency. You are responding to the vibrational frequency of everyone and everything around you and, in turn, the Universe is responding to your vibration.

Vibrational frequency is a huge power when it comes to manifesting. If your thoughts, words, and intentions are in alignment with your desired goal, then vibrationally you are ready to receive. But if your intention is for one thing and your thoughts and words go against it, you are not in alignment and your goal will most likely not come to fruition. You are sending mixed signals to the Universe about what you really want.

For example, if your intention is to lose weight and this is what you say to the Universe, but then you speak negatively about yourself, you are not aligning yourself properly with your intention. Thinking or saying that you don’t fit into your clothes or look fat are putting you against your own goal. You’re thinking poorly of yourself, and by doing this, you cannot manifest. It is impossible.

For manifestation, you vibrationally need to align with your end result. Again, using the weight loss intention, you need to put a positive spin on an observation. If you try on a pair of pants and they are too tight, your positive thought or words would be your intention: “I AM at a healthy weight of 140 pounds and soon will fit into these pants.” The negative spin would be “I am too fat for these pants, because I can’t fit into them.” Your thoughts and words have set the tone and you are no longer in alignment with your goal.

The Universe is responding to your vibrational output. Know that you have the POWER to create a good or bad experience by how you react and express your thoughts, emotions, and words in the form of vibration. If things are out of control and your life is not heading in the direction you want, you can take your POWER back by creating the vibration of that which you want to receive.

It’s important to remember that you are always in a state of manifestation because you are constantly in a state of thought. When you understand that your thoughts and emotions are creating a vibrational frequency and you understand that like attracts like, you will be able to change your life just by altering your thoughts and emotions in a more positive direction. You will understand the Power of Vibrational Frequency and can choose to make your life better by changing your patterns of thoughts and feelings to attract what you truly desire in your life.

Before you begin today’s activity, use your mindful coloring sheet (from previous blog) to bring you into a present state. Then begin your meditation practice as I’ve outlined the last few days.

Today’s Creative Meditation and Manifestation activity focuses on “feeling” vibrational frequency so you can understand the difference based on the words you use and the emotion behind them. Using a blank sheet of paper (or your Creative Meditation Journal), write negative statements about the intangible goal you chose at the beginning of this Manifestation Challenge. Then you’ll switch gears and write positive statements. I’ll reuse the example I chose earlier to show you what I mean:

  • Negative: I am too fat for these pants, because I can’t fit into them.

  • Positive: I AM at a healthy weight of 140 pounds and soon will fit into these pants.

Finally, read the negative comments out loud S-L-O-W-L-Y one after another. Feel their heaviness. Then, read the positive comments out loud S-L-O-W-L-Y one after another and feel their lightness. Feel how your vibration shifted just by focusing on the positive comments about your goals. There is a noticeable difference. This is a perfect activity for feeling the Power of Vibrational Frequency through the Power of Thought and Power of Words.
