Without compassion for others, you cannot move forward when you manifest because through compassion comes love: love for yourself, love for others. To manifest greatness in your life, you must have that love. It must be part of your vibration and who you are down to your core. Compassion cannot be faked.
When you combine the POWER OF COMPASSION with the other powers in your Creative Meditation and Manifestation practice, you have added another element of energy and vibration to your ability to create the life you desire.
I’m not talking about easy-to-maintain love like the love you have for your family and friends, like the love you have for the food you enjoy or the television shows you watch. I’m talking about love for others. Particularly those you do not know, but come into contact with every day.
You may think this sounds difficult. Maybe people you come into contact with are not as kind as you would like. They may even be rude or say inappropriate things. You might even think that they are not like you, but I’m here to tell you that at their core, they are exactly like you in many ways and that they, too, want a beautiful, fulfilling life.
Remember this and show compassion for others every single day in every way that you can. Carry out that bag of groceries for another, give five dollars to the hungry man on the street, be charitable, be kind with your words — even if the person is unkind to you.
Why should this be important in the manifestation process? Having this inner love, this inner compassion, resonates on an energetic level with the Universe. This is a bit like what we’ve discussed about negativity and positivity. When you are in a good place of compassion and love, you are exuding a positive attitude. Positive attitude plus your POWERS equals goal fulfillment.
Before you begin today’s activity, use your mindful coloring sheet (from previous blog) to bring you into a present state. Then begin your meditation practice as I’ve outlined the last few days.
Today’s CMM activity is to draw your attention to the times you have displayed compassion to a stranger when you had nothing to gain from doing so. Have you already experienced great compassion for others? Or do you need to step up your game?
The second part of the activity is to get you thinking about how you could show compassion to a stranger right now in your present life. Compassionate acts do not need to be large — even the smallest kindness raises your Power of Compassion, Power of Emotion, Power of Allowing, Power of Thought, Power of Vibrational Frequency, and Power of Intent.
Using the ideas you have written, choose one compassionate activity to do each day until you have completed this 21 Day Manifestation Challenge and see for yourself if you notice a difference in your life and the way you feel.
Remember that today’s Power of Compassion Meditation is an extension from the previous days’ blogs — so be sure to engage your Power of Intent, Power of Gratitude, Power of Sacred Space, Power of Meditation, Power of Mindfulness, Power of I AM, Power of Wording, Power of Journaling, Power of Thought, Power of Visualization, Power of Forgiveness, Power of Prayer, and Power of Emotion daily to bring your intangible intent (from Day 1 — Power of Intent) to fruition.
