Manifestation Challenge — Day 12 — Power of Prayer

21 Day Manifestation Challenge -- Day 12: Power of Prayer | Amara Honeck Author | Book: Creative Meditation and Manifestation: Using Your 21 Innate Powers to Create Your Life

Prayer is a sacred time between you and Spirit. It’s a time when your heart and mind automatically align with the vibration of the Divine. When aligning with this vibration, your heart opens more fully and you are more ready to receive guidance. This is your time to speak your heart and mind without worrying about your word usage and open to the POWER OF PRAYER.

I know I’ve been repeating over and over about positive thoughts and words — and I stand behind it. But you and I both know that it is not always easy to stay positive or speak positively. During prayer you are free to let out your emotions and your thoughts AS THEY STAND, without word correction or thought adjustment. This is you — raw, naked — standing in front of your creator pouring out your real feelings.

Prayer is also a form of purging. Once you have spoken your prayer, you have cleared whatever was clogging you. Spirit has taken your thoughts and words and given you the gift of release. Once your thoughts and words can be released, you have better clarity. You can now move forward with a positive attitude, thoughts, and words because you purged any negativity and fear you may have had about whatever situation life has brought you.

Many times, through heart-felt prayer, you receive divine guidance on what you should be trying to achieve in your life, a synchronistic turn in your path that is divinely driven. This can change the direction you’ve been trying to go in — the goal you thought was important — and realign you with your soul’s real purpose so you can begin to manifest change in your life.

As you’re praying to Spirit about something negative in your life, you’re being received with open arms. Spirit wants your natural state of being to be one of joy and happiness, not sadness and confusion. However, many times this state of being is necessary to learn important life lessons that help you manifest a better life.

To become who you are meant to be — at your fullest — you sometimes have to jump a few hurdles. You must learn to appreciate where you have been in your life to appreciate where you’re going. And the Power of Prayer will help you with this.

Because prayer aligns you vibrationally with Spirit, it allows you to be who and what you are without judgment. It allows you to say what you want without choosing your words with caution. It allows you to feel and express your emotions freely. This emotion is what you need to feel while you’re using intention. So here’s the power — the Power of Prayer helps you to get to the center of the emotion of what you desire.

For example, if you’re praying because you are lonely, Spirit feels your sorrow. Spirit understands your pain and that for which you are looking and responds to this emotion with thoughts and interactions on how to change your situation through synchronicities. These synchronicities are life improving steps you can take to change your situation and achieve a more joyful life. So while sitting in your Creative Meditation time/space, it’s important to practice the Power of Prayer and then sit in silence to await any possible guidance that may come in the form of visuals or words. This is why my Creative Meditation practice always includes having a journal close by.

Prayer calms. Prayer heals. Prayer strengthens. Prayer gives courage. Prayer grounds you. Prayer begins the path of change. Prayer is powerful.

Before you begin today’s activity, use your mindful coloring sheet (from previous blog) to bring you into a present state. Then begin your meditation practice as I’ve outlined the last few days.

Today’s Creative Meditation and Manifestation activity is to write a prayer about a situation that is happening in your life right now. Be as detailed as you need to be. Feel the emotion as you write. The reason I’m drawing your attention to the emotion is because this is how you need to feel about the end result of the intangible goal you set on Day 1 of the Manifestation Challenge.

After writing your prayer, describe how reading your prayer OUT LOUD makes you feel. This will show you the Power of Prayer to generate itself from thoughts to words to emotions and use that drive of emotion to fuel your manifestations.

This CMM activity is meant to show you there is a way to acknowledge negative thoughts and feelings in your life with freedom and openness to Spirit. This activity is also about bringing emotion to the surface so you can use it as a driving power for changing your life. It’s important to understand how to work with emotion when manifesting and the Power of Prayer brings out that emotion.

Remember that today’s Power of Prayer Meditation is an extension from the previous days’ blogs – so be sure to engage your Power of Intent, Power of Gratitude, Power of Sacred Space, Power of Meditation, Power of Mindfulness, Power of I AM, Power of Wording, Power of Journaling, Power of Thought, Power of Visualization, and Power of Forgiveness daily to bring your intangible intent (from Day 1 – Power of Intent) to fruition.
