Manifestation Challenge — Day 06 — Power of "I AM"

“I AM” — These are two of the most powerful words in any language, because the words we say after them shape, control, and create our lives.
To me, the words I AM — whether thought or spoken — are the release of your Power of Intent, Power of Thought, and Power of Belief into the Universe. Meaning, when you say the words I AM followed by your goal or desire, you are saying to the Universe "this is what I want." This is the energy you are putting into the Universe.
Whatever words are said after I AM define who we think we “are” which then generates what we “experience” in our lives. If your self-talk includes a running commentary that you’re unlovable, you will be given situations in your life to continuously reinforce those thoughts time after time. So it’s important to practice the Power of Mindfulness whenever you say the words I AM and follow them with positive words describing who you are, what you are, or what you want to be.
I created the list below to give you suggestions to start wording your positive affirmations and keep you going with this process in your Creative Meditation and Manifestation (CMM) practice. These I AM affirmations included here are short. They are meant for you to fill in the rest of the sentence with your reason WHY you are not what your negative thoughts may be telling you.

I AM a happy ...
I AM a prosperous ...
I AM a creative ...
I AM a patient ...
I AM a loving mother/father ...
I AM a gifted ...
I AM a successful ...
I AM a strong ...

I AM an inspiring ...
Now that you know the power of I AM, catch yourself the moment you say something negative about yourself. Every word you speak is an affirmation — either positive or negative. You want to stay present, mindful, and powerful with positive thoughts and words. If you say something negative about yourself, immediately rephrase the comment into a positive I AM affirmation and cancel out that negative and untrue self-talk.
Each day as part of this 21 day blogging series you’ll have an activity to complete related to each Power that will assist you with manifestation. Today’s CMM activity will be creating your own positive I AM affirmations. Work through this activity during your meditation process that I have introduced over the past couple of days:
Say out loud “I AM ___________” and write down the affirmations that come to you. Repeat this process 10 times, 10 different I AM statements about you.
Feeling stuck? Use the I AM beginning statements I wrote above as a guide.
Now read your I AM affirmations out loud. Read them S-L-O-W-L-Y emphasizing the words I AM before each sentence.
How do you feel? No change? Read them again — out loud, with a powerful voice and S-L-O-W-L-Y. Do you feel that flutter inside you? The flutter happens when you write (and say) something positive about yourself you know to be true.
Now that you have a list of positive I AM affirmations, you’re going to start using them in your meditation practice. So for today’s meditation, you’re adding another element to your creative meditation process. Read your I AM affirmations out loud at the end of your meditation before your final breathwork.
Remember that today’s Power of I AM is an extension from the previous days’ blogs — so be sure to engage your Power of Intent, Power of Gratitude, Power of Sacred Space, Power of Meditation, and Power of Mindfulness daily to bring your intangible intent (from Day 1 — Power of Intent) to fruition.
