It can be difficult sometimes to find joy in our lives when everything around us is falling apart. Learn to gently move yourself out of the “joyless” trap by practicing the Power of Gratitude, Power of Mindfulness, and Power of Thought. You’ll begin to see a shift as you learn to notice the little things in life that make you happy. Everything from your vanilla latte to hearing birds sing to laying your head on a soft pillow at night. There are at least 25 things in your day to be grateful for, so don’t let the parts of your day that are less-than-joyful take over your thoughts, words, and actions. No matter what the situation, take a moment to pause, become present and mindful, and identify one thing in that moment that you are grateful for.
