Late / Cancellation Policy

Because appointments are scheduled in succession with her clients, Amara cannot accommodate late arrivals, as the time change will conflict with her next client's appointment. If you have a remote Zoom appointment and have not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled session, the session will need to be closed to ensure time for the next client. If you know you will/might be late, please reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time by clicking on the reschedule link provided in your appointment email confirmation or confirmation text message. 

Online Appointment Link

Your Zoom appointment link will be sent to your email address after your appointment has been confirmed. Please be sure when selecting  an online appointment through Zoom that you have a camera, microphone, and internet connection. These are required to enable viewing, dialogue, and remote communication.
